The Trickster Gets Tricked

Jacob is a trickster and his life becomes full of "tricks." We all have ways that we live our lives that can get in the way of what God is up to. On the other hand, it was Jacob's love for Rachel that had him work hard for Laban. When we allow our love--putting others first--to guide what we do, God has a way of using it for the good... in spite of ourselves!
