Each December, Prayer and Care hosts a special worship service called "The Longest Night of the Year," on or around December 21.
This service commemorates the day of the year with the most darkness. This is an opportunity for people to gather in the midst of their own personal darkness, suffering, challenge, or grief and experience the healing presence of God.
If you are not in the Christmas spirit, this may be the place for you.
We celebrate the birth of Jesus here not with pomp, circumstance, and the usual candelit singing of "Silent Night," but by admitting we are in need of a Savior who can pick up the broken pieces of our lives and promise wholeness.
As December 21 nears, check the EVENTS page for the time and date of this service.
