Jesus says it is God's pleasure to give us the kingdom and that if we seek frst God's kingdom, everything we need will be given to us as well. Then the Lord will invite us in, sit down with us and serve us.
Luke 22 tells us that Jesus actually does this with his disciples: he invites them to dinner, sits down with them and serves them. That must mean they have been seeking the kingdom since he had that earlier talk with them in Luke 12 (our text for the day).
Recorded here is a group worship Bible study that quickly explores what it means to seek the kingdom by examining the content of Luke 13-21. What does it mean to seek the kingdom? Have a listen, then ask yourself, "How am I doing?"
